Project Lead ( Dot Net)- Bangalore

• Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ B.Sc/ M.Sc
• 5-8 yrs of experience
• Experience with information technology
• Working with  - Microsoft .NET, SQL, SQL Server, MS Access and ODBC solutions
• Previous exposure in .NET, ERP & SQL
• Worked for IT industry but manufacturing domain
• Interpret requirements to implement & improve technology solutions addressing business needs in line with corporate strategy
• Maintain (and ultimately retire) legacy custom applications by leveraging existing ERP functionality (and investment) leading to a simplified business model
• Key business functions include Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance & Sales related initiatives
• Assist users in developing meaningful reports using a common set of tools provided by ERP vendor
• Prefer Exposure to SaaS concepts and/or applications (Google Applications, Salesforce.com, Mozy)
• Experience in manufacturing applications environment a plus
• ERP Experience (TCM (by Workwise) a plus – not a requirement)
• Experience with Active Directory
• Ability to challenge the norm and constantly looking to creatively innovate solutions
• Ability to work well as an individual contributor and with remote team members
