• Candidate should be Engineering Graduate
• 3+ years experience in the same field.
• Production Planning and Costing.
•  Weekly and Monthly volume based planning.
• Build Material and resource requirements for Development jobs.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials for Development jobs.
• Standardizing cycle time and lead time roll up for various development jobs.
• Planning and Suporting Pilot Production.
• Coordinating to engineering department for development jobs.
• Discussing and ensuring product and process changes.
• Ensuring release of PD with new revision.
• Preparing Product development data sheets for development jobs.
• Process and Product parameters validation.
• Monthly based Inventory and Physical stock management.
• Analysis of Process failures(Why Why analysis).
• Follow up with purchase department for procuring raw materials. Leading a team of supervisors to achieve organization goals.
• Preparing and Presenting Monthly Review Meeting.
• Taking care of TPM activities in Forge shop.
• Conducting In house quality audit
• Department co-ordinator for the ERP implementation
