·        3 to 6 Yrs of experience

·        Primary Skills : Advanced JAVA,EJB,Java,JSP,Servlets

·        Secondary Skills :Struts

·        Requirements :

·        Good Written and Verbal communication

·        US B1 Visa (Preferred)

·        Experience on Banking/Finance/US Payments Domain

·        Onsite coordination experience

·         Responsibilities-

·        Getting complete understanding before starting work, and needs to do through Impact analysis.

·        Design and Development as per requirements

·        Timely delivery of unit of reasonably good quality.

·        Deliverables should follow java specific coding standards.

·        Ensuring a disciplined, controlled approach to software evolution and reuse

·        Team interaction

·        Interacting with onsite team on daily basis
